MEET THE ATHLETES

The foundation of the Independence High School Cross Country and Track & Field Team comes from the student community of IHS, dedicating their time, effort, and energy into this sport. Whether they joined the sport because they are interested in the sport, were invited by their friends, wanted challenge themselves to break a personal goal, or take a chance, this team and community welcomes those who want to try out the experience. By putting in their effort, focus, and work ethic, the athletes of the IHS Cross Country and Track & Field Team discovers what it means to be a community member, a school representative, and an athlete.
